Using Google Maps

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, your browser will establish a link to YouTube’s servers. When doing so, YouTube’s servers will be provided with information on the pages you have visited on our website.

Using YouTube

If you get in touch with us using any of the various contact options provided, we will store your personal data in order to allow us to process and respond to your enquiry, but we will never share this information with a third party without your consent.

Furthermore, we will provide you with information on whether we have processed any personal data about you and, if relevant, what kind of personal information we have stored on you, on request and free of charge.

We will retain your personal data either until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent for us to store this data. This does not affect any legal retention periods.

How we use contact data

If you submit a job application through the internet, you automatically consent to the storage, distribution and processing of the application data within the PonteMed Group for recruitment purposes.

Application documents may contain special categories of personal data in accordance with Art. 9 of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes, for example, information on political opinions, religious beliefs, physical or mental health or a photograph indicative of ethnic origin. By providing information of this kind in your job application, you consent to us processing, sharing and storing this information.

If an application is not successful, we will delete the application documents within six months of announcing the application’s rejection, provided such a deletion would not impact on any other legitimate interests of the responsible body.

Job applications

All of the information you provide to us will be stored on servers located within the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland. We always ensure that the relevant country has adequate data protection measures and data privacy laws.

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction and access by unauthorised third parties. Our security measures are constantly enhanced and updated in line with advances in the associated technologies.

However, please note that transmitting data on the internet (e.g. by e-mail) is always prone to security issues, which means that it is not possible to fully protect data from access by third parties.

Data security

Being a service provider, we are responsible for the content published by us in line with the general legal regulations. The contents of our websites have been created and are updated to the best of our knowledge and belief.
